The thing about reaching your goal weight is that it’s 100% possible. It’s completely in your control. The only thing stopping you from getting there is you. So get out of the way.
Here we go again
Today I’ve decided to start my new, healthy diet plan. I’ve ate that much today that in next 10 days I won’t have the need, so I won’t eat anything today. And from tomorrow, I’ll be posting all about my journey. I’ll have 55kg by New Year’s Eve. And I’m gonna stand on scale now. I weight 105,7kg. So that’s 50kg in 57days. Know that I can do it, I like challenges anyway. If it ain’t almost impossible it ain’t interesting for me.
